Pre Summer Shred

Summer is coming. This is how you show up ready.
The Pre Summer Shred is an 7-week small group training program designed to burn fat, build functional strength, and push your conditioning to the next level — no matter where you're starting from. Sessions run Tuesday and Thursday at 6 PM and Saturday at 9 AM, giving you a structured three-day training week that fits around your life.
Each week combines Hyrox-style training, kettlebell workouts, HIIT circuits, and functional strength work to build a body that's not just lean, but capable. You'll train hard, recover smart, and finish the eight weeks genuinely stronger and more athletic than when you started.
This isn't a generic fitness class. It's a program — one with progression, purpose, and coaches who are invested in your results.
Program Details 7 weeks | 3 sessions per week | 21 total classes Tuesday & Thursday at 6 PM — Saturday at 9 AM
Pricing: We offer three ways to join, depending on how you want to commit.
The Drop-In Rate is $18 per class, giving you full flexibility to jump in whenever works for you. If you attend all 21 sessions at this rate, you're looking at $378 for the full program.
The Weekly Rate locks you in at $45 per week — a small discount off the $54 drop-in value for three classes — and comes out to $315 over the seven weeks, saving you $37.
The Full Program Rate is the best value at $300 upfront, saving you $78 off the full drop-in price. Pay once, show up, and focus entirely on the work.
