Our Indoor Leagues
Youth Winter League
Our Youth Soccer League is designed to help players ages 6–15 learn, grow, and thrive in a fun, supportive, and competitive environment. With age-appropriate divisions, the league focuses on building strong fundamentals, teamwork, and confidence while keeping the love of the game at the center of every match.
Adult Men's Spring League
Our Adult Men’s Soccer League is designed for players ages 16–35 looking for fast-paced, competitive indoor soccer in a structured and well-organized environment. The league offers a high-energy playing experience that balances competition, fitness, and sportsmanship.
League Rules & Regulations
Goalkeeper Restrictions - The Goalkeeper is permitted to punt or throw the ball anywhere on the field. Keepers may also collect the ball if it is passed back to them by a teammate.
Scoring Rules - Players are allowed to score from anywhere on the field.
Foul Limit - Accumulating four (4) fouls results in a penalty kick for the opposing team.
Penalty Kick Criteria - Any foul committed in the goalkeepers' area will result in an immediate penalty kick. The Player has 5 seconds to take the penalty and attempt to score.
Penalty Kick Rules - If the ball strikes the goalpost and no contact was made by the goalkeeper, only their team may score the rebound. If the goalkeeper blocks the penalty, then the shooter is allowed to score on the rebound. All other players must remain at midfield until the shooter takes the kick.
Slide Tackling - Slide tackling is strictly prohibited for player safety.
